Once your payment has been processed you will receive a username and password setup instructions by email - Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

We aim to process all new subscriptions within 2 hours, however, on busy days it can take longer.

New subscriptions received after hours, on a weekend, or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Commonly Asked Questions

Are there any contracts?
No. We don't like contracts and figured that our members would be the same. When you Subscribe to www.insolvencywatch.co.nz you are only required to pay for the current payment period (as detailed above).

Can I get a refund if I cancel half way through the payment period?
Sorry, we have a no refunds policy on monthly subscription option. On a yearly subscription you can cancel after three months and we will refund 50% of the unused portion. Please choose your subscription option carefully.
